1. Code of Conduct
Treat fellow players, referees, staff, and guests with courtesy and respect at all times. Any form of aggressive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour is strictly forbidden. Alcohol, drugs, and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the premises. Please comply with all instructions given by arena staff and follow facility rules.
2. Health & Safety of Players
Take part in activities only if you are physically fit to do so. Make sure to warm up properly before starting your session. If you feel dizzy, unwell, or injured, stop playing immediately and inform our team. All accidents or injuries must be reported to reception without delay. Avoid dangerous play or excessive contact that may put others at risk.
3. Sports Gear & Clothing
Appropriate sports clothing and footwear are required at all times (metal studs and everyday shoes are not permitted). Use only equipment suitable for the specific sport being played. Do not climb, pull, or hang on hoops, nets, or goal frames. Any equipment provided by the arena must be returned after use.
4. Use of the Arena
Access to the playing area is allowed only during your confirmed booking slot. Food and drinks, except water, are not permitted on the playing surface. Climbing fences, walls, or seating areas is prohibited. Please keep the facility clean and use the bins provided. Smoking is not allowed in any indoor or outdoor area of the complex.
5. Bookings & Timing
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Your playing time will not be extended in case of late arrival. Kindly leave the arena on time to ensure a smooth changeover for the next group.
6. Emergency Procedures
In emergency situations, follow staff guidance and use clearly marked exits. First-aid supplies are available at reception points. Our team is trained in basic first aid and will contact emergency services when necessary.
7. Personal Responsibility
Use of the facilities is at your own risk. Kolones Hotels is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damage to personal belongings. Any damage caused to arena property or equipment must be covered by the responsible user.
8. Coaching & Youth Activities
Children and minors must always be supervised by a parent, guardian, or coach. Private coaching sessions are allowed only with trainers approved by Kolones Hotels management.
9. Fair Play Principles
Play with respect for the sport, your teammates, and opponents. Cheating, verbal abuse, or deliberate time-wasting is not acceptable. Promote teamwork, honesty, and a positive sporting spirit.
