Kolones Hotels provides rental services for indoor and outdoor arenas dedicated to football, basketball, tennis, volleyball, and padel.

Services include:

• Hourly arena rental for individuals, teams, or organizations.
• Booking for training sessions, tournaments, and private events.
• Coaching sessions and equipment use (when available).

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made online through koloneshotels.com or directly at our reception.

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards and other secure online payment options.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

3.1 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time are non-refundable.

In case of severe weather or technical issues, Kolones Hotels reserves the right to reschedule or offer an alternative slot.

4. Code of Conduct

To ensure safety and a pleasant environment for everyone:

• Users must respect staff, other players, and facility rules.
• The use of alcohol, drugs, or abusive behavior on the premises is strictly prohibited.
• Proper sports attire and footwear must be worn.
• Users must leave the arena clean and dispose of waste responsibly.
• Kolones Hotels reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants violating these rules.

5. Safety and Liability

Kolones Hotels maintains its facilities to professional safety standards.

Users participate in activities at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their physical fitness.

Kolones Hotels is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

Any damage to equipment or property caused by negligence must be compensated by the responsible party.

Coaching sessions are provided by qualified trainers approved by Kolones Hotels.

Participants must follow the trainer's instructions to ensure safety.

Events or tournaments organized by external parties must be pre-approved by management.

7. Membership and Subscriptions

Membership plans (if applicable) are personal and non-transferable.

Misuse of membership (e.g., sharing access with others) may result in suspension or cancellation.

Renewal or cancellation policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada, United Kingdom.
